By using Ved Gavya Dairy's website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Use of Service

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and placing orders.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We accept Cash on Delivery, Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking), and wallet payments.

Delivery

We deliver to serviceable areas. Delivery times may vary. Free delivery is available on orders above ₹499. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

Referral Program

The referral commission rate is 5% of the delivered order value. Commissions are credited after successful delivery. Fraudulent referral activities will result in account termination.

Wallet

Wallet balance cannot be transferred to bank accounts. Wallet refunds are provided for eligible cancelled orders. Wallet credits are non-transferable.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the referral program.
